In directing the college's Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE's) and overseeing its Office of Curriculum and Assessment (C&A), I collaborated with the college's faculty and administrators to advance its Student Success initiatives and enacted policies set by the Higher Learning Commission and Illinois Community College Board. I planned, organized, facilitated and scheduled the CTE's events, created its catalog, edited its newsletter and maintained its Internet (www.triton.edu/cte) and Intranet sites, as well as those of the C&A. I contributed to and edited a number of the college's internal and external publications.
